Responsibilities
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high-quality food standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have no degree, certificate, or diploma but possess 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and ability to establish work schedules are essential.
  • Excellent oral communication and flexibility are required to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
