Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Jaibadrivishal Food Services O/A Made In India. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Order supplies and equipment, manage inventory, and maintain records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to train and develop staff
