We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing and Events Lead to join our team at Fresh Prep. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, organizing events, and driving sales growth.

**Job Responsibilities:

The Field Marketing and Events Lead will be responsible for building corporate and community relationships to drive customer acquisitions and revenue. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new businesses and clients within service areas in Canada to ensure continual opportunities for business growth
  • Organizing, executing, and ensuring the success of in-person and virtual activations such as community events, trade shows, and markets
  • Hiring, training, and scheduling field ambassadors to support event execution
  • Managing purchasing of event collateral, equipment, and booth space
  • Collaborating with the Business Development and Partnerships Manager to plan the 2024/2025 event calendar and identify new opportunities

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years' experience in event planning and sales
  • 1+ years managing growth projects involving internal and external stakeholders
  • Class 5 Driver's License with access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to achieve KPIs
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, economics, or a related field
