Retail Store Manager

Fas Gas Plus is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Sales and Reporting: Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent service, and ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and prevent losses.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Support for Diversity: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
