Btown Services and Collision is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English. The working hours will be 32 to 40 hours per week.
