We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Industrial Design and Innovation to join our team. This key role will be responsible for creating the product experience for all our fleet, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:


Develop and implement industrial design strategies that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative products that meet customer demands.

Conduct research into emerging design and technology trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Present design ideas and concepts to customers and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to bring design concepts to life.

Requirements:


University degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.

20+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Interior Design, R&D, and related activities.

Proven track record of design innovation successes.

Strong understanding of the Business Aircraft Industry, key players, markets, and customers.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
