Job Summary:

Interior Health is seeking a permanent full-time Professional Practice Leader, Social Work to join our team at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C. This role is responsible for the administration, supervision, planning, and budgeting of the department. The incumbent will provide leadership and representation for the assigned Allied Health profession and ensure that standards for the profession are consistent with regulatory/accrediting body standards and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Component: Monitor and manage budgets, workload, quality, labour relations, and human resource issues.
Professional Leader Component: Provide leadership and representation for the assigned Allied Health profession and ensure that standards for the profession are consistent with regulatory/accrediting body standards and relevant legislation.
