Bar Manager

At Skye Avenue - Kitchen & Lounge, we are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the service industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Bar Manager will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures. They will also conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
In addition, the Bar Manager will participate in marketing plans and implementation, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide customer service. They will also plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have a strong client focus. They will also be organized, flexible, and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
We offer a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week and a work language of English.
