Job Title: Facilities Project Manager

At Bouygues Energies & Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage trade contractor site meetings, RFI's, invoices, and control document process.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Safe Practices and verify the accuracy of change orders and minor works.
  • Prepare and analyze Tender Documents, Budgets, Estimates, and Construction Schedules.
  • Manage project activities, including allocation of resources, managing consultants, scheduling, documentation, and budget.
  • Establish and deliver mechanisms for tracking project progress and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Conduct and chair stakeholder meetings and forums to solicit feedback and input.
  • Track, monitor, and report all project costs to ensure completion within budget.
  • Ensure that all Changes and Minor Works projects have been completed satisfactorily and conduct post-project reviews.
Requirements:
  • Trade Certified and/or Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Proven experience in building services, facilities management, or project management within secure and healthcare facilities.
  • Ability to work independently and on their own initiative.
