Marketing Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts at Hadron Labs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize Drop's marketing funnels, branding, and positioning.
  • Elevate and uphold Drop's brand identity and messaging across all marketing platforms.
  • Cultivate a vibrant, global community through collaboration with senior leadership, investors, partners, and users.
  • Lead and grow the marketing department, ensuring peak performance across team members.
  • Create and manage content for blogs, conference presentations, videos, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with the BD, design, and product departments to collaborate on projects with different categories of partners.
  • Plan and effectively allocate a marketing budget.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, taking a data-driven approach to drive experimentation and inform strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product marketing, especially within the DeFi space.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms.
  • Expertise in managing and growing social media channels, particularly Twitter.
  • Experience in planning and executing events and conferences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native level).
  • Ability to quickly analyze and provide sharp insights.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality work with a data-driven and pragmatic approach.
