Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Spiritual Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual guidance and support to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Religious Services: Lead and participate in various religious services, including weddings, funerals, and other spiritual events.
- Supervise Staff: Oversee and manage the work of office and volunteer staff, ensuring that our community's spiritual needs are met.
- Administer Rites of Faith: Perform administrative tasks related to faith-based activities, such as marriages and funerals.
- Develop Programs: Plan, develop, and implement programs of religious education, promoting spiritual growth and development within our community.
- Provide Spiritual Guidance: Offer spiritual guidance and support to individuals and groups, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including office work and other duties as required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Security Clearance: Confidential security clearance.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, and ability to work as part of a team.
