About the Role

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified Chaplain to join our team. As a Chaplain, you will provide spiritual guidance and support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular religious services and provide pastoral care to clients and staff
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
  • Administer rites of faith, including marriages and funerals
  • Develop and implement programs of religious education
  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to clients and staff
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
