We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spiritual Leader to join our team at Bridges of Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct meaningful religious services for inmates and staff
- Supervise and support office and volunteer staff in their spiritual growth
- Administer rites of faith such as marriages and funerals with dignity and respect
- Develop and implement programs of religious education to promote spiritual growth and development
- Provide spiritual guidance and support to inmates and staff through prayer and counseling
- Perform administrative tasks related to the spiritual care of inmates and staff
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Correctional facility
- Security Clearance: Confidential security clearance
