Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ESSO PERFORMANCE CENTRE.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Order Merchandise: Order merchandise and supplies, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and that customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
