Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at ESSO PERFORMANCE CENTRE. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload. Must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
