Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Culinary Professional to join our team at The Canadian Brewhouse (Grande Prairie) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and oversight to kitchen staff, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement menus that meet the needs of our discerning customers.
  • Sourcing and Inventory Management: Develop relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients, while maintaining optimal inventory levels to minimize waste.
  • Staff Development: Foster a culture of excellence by training and mentoring kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proven experience in food preparation, menu planning, and staff management. Strong leadership and communication skills.
Benefits
  • Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses.
  • Other Benefits: Permanent full-time position, working up to 40 hours per week.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location.
