As a Technical Lead in our Platform Engineering division, you'll lead a talented team of engineers focused on evolving our core Ruby on Rails application and React front-ends. Your expertise will drive the development of innovative solutions, ensuring our platform remains a leader in the industry.

We're seeking a seasoned leader who can mentor and empower their team, drive project planning and execution, and contribute to architectural decision-making. If you're passionate about growing a team of highly capable individuals and shaping the technical landscape of our core platform, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of front and back-end software engineers.
  • Plan, design, and deliver projects, actively participating in discussions and decisions.
  • Contribute code and grow your technical skills.
  • Maintain the technical health of our systems.
  • Participate in architectural decision-making and implementation.
  • Build efficient code delivery pipelines from MacBook to production that promote best practices around testing, security, data migrations, and issue ownership.
What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading a team of engineers.
  • Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience working with JavaScript and modern JS libraries like React.
  • Understanding of CSS frameworks and preprocessors.
