- Develop strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Possess knowledge of the culinary genres relevant to the establishment.
- Establish work schedules for the team.
The supervisor will oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including:
