Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at YARROW LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to patients in a nursing home setting. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Help patients with mealtime and feeding
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Maintain patient records and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Immunization records
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting
