We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Examiner to join our team at MSH Americas - Diot-Siaci Group. As a Claims Examiner, you will play a critical role in managing a large case load, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Claims Processing: Assess claims accurately, interpret policies, and collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely and efficient processing of travel insurance claims.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to claimants, providers, agents, brokers, and other departments, handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving complaints, and delivering excellent service.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain detailed claim documentation, follow guidelines to adjust reserves, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in file reviews and appeals, support department initiatives, and provide guidance to peers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2-3 years of travel insurance or medical claims processing experience.
- Language: English/French bilingualism.
- Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills, and Alberta Adjuster License.
