Job Overview

The Cleaning Services Worker I is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and customers. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all designated areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
  • Participate in company training to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in linen systems and maintain component hygiene standards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and perform routine tasks.
  • Courteous manner and strong communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to hours and duties.

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
