Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Timberlands Food Store. As a File Maintenance Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and competitive price files, preparing and distributing weekly promotional materials, and performing daily data entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and competitive price files
  • Prepare and distribute weekly promotional materials and advertisements
  • Build in new items for advertised flyer products
  • Produce extra signage as requested
  • Create show cards and labels, process bookings, phaser data, and CASM files
  • Perform daily data entries and prepare batches
  • Perform price checks with competitors

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Outstanding oral and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
