File Maintenance Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented File Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a File Maintenance Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and competitive price files, preparing and distributing weekly promotional materials and advertisements, and building in new items for advertised flyer products.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate, competitive price files
  • Prepare and distribute all weekly promotional materials and advertisements
  • Build in new items for advertised flyer products
  • Produce any extra signage as requested
  • Create show cards and labels, process bookings, phaser data, and computer-assisted shelf management (CASM) files
  • Perform all daily data entries and prepare batches
  • Perform price checks with competitors
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Outstanding oral and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
  • Applicants must be over 14 years old
