We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neurodivergent Affirming Therapist to join our team at Truly Inclusive, a growing counselling service provider and advocacy group based in Western Canada.

The Role:

As a Contract Clinical Counsellor, you will work under the supervision of our Clinical Director, providing virtual therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. You will also receive ongoing training in our unique neurodivergent-affirming modality and have the opportunity to grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling services to clients, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Offer support and guidance to neurodivergent individuals, families, and support teams dealing with various mental health issues.
  • Develop behaviour plans for neurodivergent individuals, including children and youth.
  • Conduct training and counselling for support teams, including schools, MCFD group homes, and online homeschool programs.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Licensed or certified as a counsellor or therapist, preferably with an RSW or RCC designation.
  • Experience working with neurodivergent populations and trauma-informed therapeutic techniques.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to our unique modality and organizational values.
