Administrative Assistant

ICB - I CARE BEST INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating meetings.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including planning, organizing, and evaluating daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
