Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Easylife Multiservices ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff to achieve team goals.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
