Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of client travel reservations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your knowledge of industry developments and travel policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the director and team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Support preferred vendor agreements and develop relationships with travel arrangers and travelers.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a corporate travel advisor.
- Travel School Graduate preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with designated GDS – Apollo.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to think creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
