Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technician on Site to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and services to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and diagnose client workstations and equipment (hardware and software);
  • Travel to client sites to perform support or project tasks that cannot be done remotely, as well as routine maintenance tasks;
  • Verify and diagnose servers, network equipment, and other infrastructure issues with the assistance of our Systems Administrators;
  • Document all activities and technical information in detail;
  • Assist the support team in resolving client issues remotely when present in the office;
  • Participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or related field;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, even in stressful situations;
  • Fluent in both French and English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Strong customer service skills and active listening;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft operating systems for users;
  • Experience in diagnosing and replacing PC and server hardware;
  • Experience in configuring and diagnosing mobile device issues;
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking and Microsoft server operating systems;
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and vehicle.
