Job Title: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the pharmaceutical and food industry. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for addressing technical service requests, providing on-site technical support, and performing preventive maintenance inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address all technical service requests from clients by providing remote and on-site technical support
  • Provide on-site technical field support for primary product lines, including installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and offer service department products to customers
  • Assist in sourcing and integrating new solutions for customers and their equipment
  • Generate technical documents and reports as required
  • Work safely and professionally at all times
  • Effectively communicate with the team, external partners, and customers
Requirements:
  • College or technical education in electromechanical and pneumatic systems or equivalent experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Light fabrication skills and experience with welding
  • PLC programming experience, particularly with Allen-Bradley and B&R Automation
  • Familiarity with servo drives and computer networking
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
