Job Summary

Molly Maid is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

We are looking for a leader who can recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals. Your experience in staff management and training will be essential in building a high-performing team.

Inspect and Coordinate Cleaning Activities

You will be responsible for inspecting sites and facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your ability to coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff will be crucial in delivering exceptional results.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will need to prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services. Your attention to detail and financial management skills will be essential in ensuring the financial sustainability of our operations.

Recommend Additional Services

You will be responsible for recommending additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations to enhance the overall cleaning experience for our clients.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
