About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at SBD Cleaning Services Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who embody our company values and provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients' facilities are safe and clean.
  • Work Scheduling: Coordinate work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are properly allocated to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that our cleaning services meet their expectations.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure that they are performing to the best of their ability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-hour week and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in their approach to work.
