We are looking for a skilled Executive Office Professional to provide administrative support to the CEO, management team, and Board of Directors. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, and ensuring compliance with records management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Library Trustees, CEO, and management
  • Maintain the Library's corporate and confidential files
  • E nsure compliance with records management system and Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy Act
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, management team, and Board of Directors

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, demonstrated organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous growth. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain good working relationships with staff, administration, Trustees, Government Officials, and customers.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $66,495 to $79,755 annually ($34.10 to $40.90 hourly)
  • 75 hours bi-weekly with occasional evening and weekend work required
