Job Title: Diagnostic Clerk

At Shared Health, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Diagnostic Clerk to join our team. As a Diagnostic Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Diagnostic Services Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operate various office equipment, including computers, fax machines, and copiers, with a high level of proficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Technologist or Diagnostic Support Supervisor to ensure timely and accurate services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Recent experience with office administration, preferably in a hospital or medical clinic setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows-based programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
