Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Burrmill Subshop Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and secure.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
