As a remote team manager in the investment solutions division at National Bank, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 13 employees who are dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. Your primary objective is to mobilize your team to effectively respond to clients' needs while ensuring a superior experience for their investment requirements.

As a passionate leader, you will need to develop strong negotiation skills, retention practices, and collaboration with branches to achieve success. Through your leadership, ability to initiate and manage change, collaboration, and influence, you will make a significant impact on the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the call center team as a leader and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Cultivate high-performing teams through coaching and empowerment.
  • Exhibit leadership in areas such as coaching, change management, and performance management.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage the performance of your team members.
  • Collaborate with business partners to drive growth and success.
  • Implement the Guiding Principles of Retention within your team.
  • Pursue various mandates, analyses, and special projects that have a substantial impact on customer service quality and profitability.

About Your Team:

You will join a team of around 100 expert employees who focus on meeting client needs and processing investment requests via multiple channels. You will report directly to the Senior Director and serve as a leader in your area of expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An industry-related bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience or an industry-related master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in personnel management.
  • Coaching experience.
  • A mutual fund representative certification.
  • Completion of the Compliance Officer course within 6 months of hiring.
  • Business development experience.
