About the Role

Mandarin Erin Mills is seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and managing inventory and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance cash and complete financial reports
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including staff management and scheduling
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset, but not required
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 to 44 hours per week
