Dining Room Operations Manager

Mandarin Erin Mills is seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience in our dining room.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our dining room runs efficiently and effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Permanent full-time position
- 35 to 44 hours per week
- English language
