Job Title: Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at CentiMark Ltd. in the Kitchener area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise multiple production/service crews to ensure efficient and safe job execution.
  • Conduct pre-job and post-job inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate jobs for labor crews, including material ordering and logistics.
  • Establish and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure accurate material ordering and inventory management.

Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in roofing procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid state driver's license and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
  • Familiarity with various roofing materials, including TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, and Coating Systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

CentiMark Ltd. offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health care, dental care, life insurance, a bonus program, and RRSP matching.
