Field Operations Manager

Intellijoint Surgical is seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective, compliant, and accurate management of our medical devices and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement field operations standards, procedures, objectives, goals, and strategies.
- Analyze field operations and confirm optimal use of resources, equipment, and standards.
- Partner with Sales Representatives, Customers, and Hospitals to gather account insights and analyze sales metrics, customer data, and satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to drive efficient levels of inventory, reduce the risk of expiry replacement, and optimize loaner utilization.
- Track and adhere to inventory budgets and seek cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position or progressive experience in positions that have developed skills and abilities transferable to the role.
- Education applicable to the role, including Operations, Inventory, Sales, and related fields.
- Experience with medical devices and understanding of the nuances of inventory in a regulated environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
