Job Title: Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at a2z Cleaning Services. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and scrubbers
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and replace liners as needed
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and polish floors
  • Assist with special events and projects, as needed
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-6 months of experience in a janitorial or cleaning role
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
Work Environment:

Our Janitors work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, schools, and healthcare facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all areas are free from clutter and debris.
