Facilities Supervisor

At PHILROBBEN JANITORIAL LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Cleaning and Maintenance to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will work in a commercial facility, with a 40-hour workweek and a permanent work term.
