Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at PHILROBBEN JANITORIAL LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance operations.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Dependability and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work in a team.

What We Offer:

  • Permanent full-time position.
