Salary: $27.00 per hour / 30 to 35 hours per week
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Word, and electronic mail.
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.
