Litigation Team Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our Litigation team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal services and advice in a variety of areas of the law, with a focus on plaintiff-oriented cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership: Be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • Experience: Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in litigation.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail Orientation: Be extremely detail-oriented and able to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Judgement: Possess sound judgement and be able to make informed decisions.
  • Caseload Management: Be able to run and organize their caseload from beginning to end with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical Skills: Have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Business Acumen: Possess strong business acumen and verbal negotiation, interpersonal, and drafting skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Client Communication: Be able to communicate effectively with clients about updates before, during, and after receiving a file.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion: Have a genuine passion for litigation and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to our team.
