Job Opportunity: Litigation Team Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Litigation team as a Legal Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal services and advice in a variety of areas of the law, with a focus on plaintiff-oriented cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a member of good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in litigation.
  • Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Be extremely detail-oriented and able to run and organize caseloads with minimal oversight.
  • Have sound judgment and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Have strong business acumen, including verbal negotiation, interpersonal, and drafting skills.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a passion for litigation and be able to communicate effectively with clients about updates throughout the process.
