Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at Veerji Fish 'n' Grill. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
Requirements
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
