Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons in Drumheller, AB. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food products are prepared and served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
