Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Whifs Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all food meets our standards.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
