Food Service Team Lead

Join DRUMHELLER SUBWAY as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
