Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, prepare budgets, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Bent Taco, you will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods. You must be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
